ymmapi.dll MS or yahoo file?

Hello there. Yahoo mail won't operate properly. When I try to start it
an error message appears that it can't find ymmapi.dll. I guess that
it is a yahoo specific file but maybe it could have disappeared from
the XP installation.

Could someone advise please.

Thanks Merlin, still living in the past and running to Usenet for
specific information, did not even dream of searching google for such
information.

Well the interesting point is that so many are trying to delete the
file and mine zapped itself.
