Yet another virus

[dont know much]

When I am online I will see words underlined with either an orang
colored line or a blue one. Just like web sites are.
I ran a scan with Norton, it said I have some sort of Trojan. I hav
adware and spy spotter but I am still hammered with pop ups. I a
sooooo frustrated. Please help and use little words because I a
terribly slow when it comes to fixing this stinking computer

One of your problems is spy spotter. You should uninstall this program.
This program is assumed to rogue/suspect. Please see this link for further

I am not sure what program you are referring to when you mention adware.
Unless it is *Ad-aware* by Lavasoft, found at this link:
