Yet Another Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

I didn't know if this had to do with Nero, which I recently installed and
worked well for a few days, but, judging from how many people are getting
similar Runtime error messages, it now appears to be an XP problem

My message is as follows:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program: C:\Program Files\Ahead\Lib\NMIndexStoreSvr.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I wrote an email to Nero a couple of weeks ago and have yet to hear back
from them.

I searched for this error message at the Nero site and found nothing.

As far as I know, Ahead is in some way connected to Nero.

The message doesn't seem to prevent me from doing any tasks, yet, but I can
not get rid of it.

Remove, then reinstall Nero Scout.

Hay que utilizar una utilería que en la misma página de Nero se ofrece para
limpiar el sistema por completo de la aplicación. Si lo desinstalas en
"agregar y quitar programas", Nero sigue instalado. Aplica la utilería
conforme a las instrucciones, y reinstalas Nero con tu clave de licencia.
