yet another calendar request...

I have read all the recent calendar requests and suggestions. The ones
I looked at were good to excellent, but I'm still looking.

I need a calendar to reside on my windows server and each day/month to
be accessable from each workstation. Everyone should be presented the
same page when they open the calendar application. Everyone should be
able to add items to the calendar and the new items should be visible to
everyone.

Bonus points for timer option (minutes/days/weeks/month/year) that
alerts only selected users.
