yellow text

I have several paragraphs that somehow got set as normal
plus yellow color (the style just says normal+yellow).
When I go into that style and select all examples, and
click on the regular normal style, the normal+yellow style
disappears from the style pane.

However, when I print the text, it tries to print in the
yellow color for those scattered paragraphs. Any ideas?
thanks.

Select the paragraphs and press Ctrl+Spacebar to reset the font formatting.
And note that Normal+Yellow is not a style, but "formatting." You won't see
this if you clear the "Keep track of formatting" box on the Edit tab of
Tools | Options.

control+q to do other things. What are the actual
names/commands underlying these original key assignmentss?

Ctrl+Spacebar is the default shortcut for the ResetChar command, and
Ctrl+Q is for ResetPara. In the Keyboard dialog, you can find these in
the Format category or in All Commands.
