yellow cannot find the underline tool, i cannot fine...Thank you

I cannot remember where I used to go to highline a phrase...please me.

The highlighter tool is on the Standard Toolbar. If you cannot see it,
right-click on a Toolbar and select Options. In Options check the Always
Show Full Menus and Show Toolbars on 2 rows options.
