Ybrowser conflict

When I try to reply or forward mail in hotmail or try to
download graphics I get a 'Ybrowser conflict message' and
the connection shuts down. Yahoo says it is IE's fault. I
have IE6 with all the updates and I am running Windows ME.
Any ideas?
