Yahoo toolbar placement on Internet Explorer

Google toolbar is part of my Internet Explorer, but to see Yahoo toolbar I have to click a special button.

I want Yahoo toolbar to be placed like Google toolbar.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click VIEW, then TOOLBARS. Look for
"Lock The Toolbars". If there is a check mark next to it, then remove
it.

Does that change the appearance of your Yahoo Toolbar?
