yahoo any one help

i have been using yahoo messenger as soon as i sign
up i get this message ''yahoo messenger has
encouuntered a problem and needs to close '' i can report
the problem but donewst help it happens every time
any one have any ideas what to do??

Although this group if for Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger, In the error that apologizes
for the inconvenience of Yahoo Messenger shutting down, click the "click here" link -- in the
next screen, you'll see something like the
following: szAppName : msmsgs.exe szAppVer : 4.7.2009.0 szModName : rpcrt4.dll

If you could reply back with what the szModName has in your error, would make it easier to
determine what the problem is (but remember this isn't anyone here's specialty).
