XY Scatter Chart with Crosshair

[GH]

I'm trying to create a XY scatter chart that uses one of the two data points
to create a crosshair. By that I mean the one data point would be positioned
in the centre of the diagram with a horizontal and vertical line running
through it, thereby segmenting the chart into four quadrants.

Does anyone have an idea of how to do this in Excel?
