I've copied some directories and subdirectories along with their
associated files to a dvd data disk. Now I want to return that data
to my hard disk by copying from the dvd. I'm overwriting the
directories on the hard drive so Windows explorer reports the time and
date of the overwrite, not the date of the directory on the dvd. I
understand that windows is reporting the "updated" date for these
directories. What I want to know is there some way to make windows
keep the dates that are on the dvd?
