XP's automatic suspension mode?

Ever since I downloaded all of the XP updates, one of them changed the way XP acts when it is left without activity for what i think is a very short time. I can leave my screen to take a phone call, break or just walk around the office and WHAM! I come back and the screen has gone to a suspend or sleep mode.....I don't know which

How can I turn off this feature
