XPE version on desktop

Hello,

I would like to remove the XPE version from my device desktop. (the
one in the bottom right corner).
Does anybody know how to do that ?

Dear Yannick,

You use the evaluation version image.

You can type PID in TD to build release version image.
 
Yannick,

You either got an Eval version of XPe image (likely) or there is a custom application running at runtime that shows the version
string on the Desktop (unlikely).
If Eval, you will have to get a non-Eval version from your device manufacturer unless you build the image yourself.
