XPE Installation - Database Error

Hi I am trying to install XPE full edition I am on Disk 3 and trying to
install "Database update and getting the following error"

PLEASE HELP

Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 2 Installer

Cannot connect to the database - please check the database.

Setup cannot continue.

WEUpdate Exiting with return code: 64

Please ignore my post. I didn't have admin rights, the database wasn't able
to start. All solved.
