XPe & Hlp files

In My Image I checked the option: do not copy Help files for this
configuration.
Can this be the reason why I can't install Nvidia Geforce FX5600 driver?
(During installation, it tell me that it can't find a file).

In my experience missing file (from driver pack or some other component) or
file put in bad folder can be only things that can stop NVIDIA video drivers
from running.

You should be able to find in log file description of missing file.

If you need small image footprint then you can modify inf file so that at
the end you have only three files left.
nv4_disp.dll
nv4_mini.sys
nv4_disp.inf

Everything else is luxury user for user mode control panel support, etc.
