XP2 Installed / Outlook and Explorer won't start

I installed SP2 today. Outlook and Internet Explorer and
Control Panel will not load and run. Tried turning off
Firewall - no change. Uninstalled SP2 and everything
works fine. Any suggestions?

I ran into the same problem, but since control panel not loading how did you
uninstall SP2?
