i just installed xp pro but after computer restarts i get a message THAT SAYS
DRIVE A NOT READY INSERT FLOPPY THEN ENTER, HOW CAN I START XP, I DONT HAVE A
FLOPPY DRIVE, I INSTALLED XP WITH THE CD DRIVE

You'll need to change your BIOS to boot from your "C" drive and not
the floppy "A" drive. The below website (URL) lists vendors/manufacturers
keyboard keys to access the BIOS.
