Simple, right click the desktop, then properties
then click screen savers, then next to the time for how
long it takes for the screen saver to come on, it should
say "On Resume, Display Welcome Screen", and that will
take u to the log in screen whenever u move the mouse
during a screen saver.

Now everyones happy, now somone has to find me that hot
fix

all it says is on resume, password protect...i dont want
