XP Workstation Performance or Process Tool

We are getting complaints from our users that their XP SP2 workstations seem
to lock for 15 to 30 seconds at times during the day. It will then work
normally.

I am looking for some ideas on the best way to troubleshoot this. Are there
any process tools out there that we can run on the machine that will log
process useage so we can try to pinpoint which process or app is causing this.
