Copy the i386 folder from the CD to the C drive. Then boot with a Windows
9x boot floppy, change to the C: drive and then to the i386 folder, type
winnt32 and press enter.

If that doesn't work then try again from the CD:
1. Make sure the CD that you are using is absolutely clean (no finger
smudges or scratches. Wash it with warm water and dry with a clean cotton
or linen towel.
2. Make sure the CD drive is clean. Get a CD drive cleaner disk from a
computer or audio supply store and use it to remove dust etc. from the
laser and lens assembly in the drive.
