My PC was running WinXP SP2. I just installed Win2K on the
same disk, different partition. I now can only boot into
win2k. when selecting xp from the list of OS's, it just
restarts and goes to the list again. Any ideas? Thanks

- Boot into Win2000
- Make the following hidden files visible:
c:\ntdetect.com
c:\ntldr
- Replace the two files with the versions located
in the i386 folder of your WinXP CD.
