XP window maximizer

I would love a maximizer for all windows. I have IE maximizer but
doesn't help with all system windows. I hit the maximize box a
zillion times a day.
 
Modify the properties of your shortcuts, so that the "Run" box
shows Maximized instead of Normal Window.
Right Click Icon, Left Click Properties, make changes - Apply
and OK
