I powered off my Windows XP home Edition SP1 by hold in
the power button for 5 seconds. Now I cannot boot up my
PC. It will give me a choice of how to boot up such as
Safe Mode, Start as Normal, Start with last known good
configuration, etc. None work, it just keeps rebooting.
HELP.

Thanks.
