XP wil not boot even in safe mode.

Looks like I hosed up yet again. I got XP reactivated. I did not lie or hack.
But... I did not make a boot disk and am trying to install a video board. Now
XP will not boot up. If I do a normal boot XP looads the I get a blue screen
with a lot of info but it doesn't stay up long enought for me to read it.
Restarts the PC. If I boot in safe mode it runs until it is load 'agp400.sys'
then hangs for a few seconds and restarts the PC.

Any ideas?

Got a PCI graphics card?

Putting one of those in should use different drivers, so it won't use the
driver that's calling the system to hang, you can then remove the driver
that's causing this.
