XP Welcome Screen Error

I'm sorry if this has been posted hundreds of times, but
I recently bought a new machine with XP and have gotten
the following error:

'A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome
Screen and Fast User Switching....' The messages points
to CSGina.dll.

What anyone being willing to share the fix for this?
Appreciate in advance any help.
Thanks,
Gary

Run Regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

From there find GinaDLL and delete the whole value, not just the reference
to CSGinal.dll and it all comes back. It is to do with your Cisco and
deleting this doesn't get rid of it, just restores the Welcome and Fast User
Switching.
