Hi, my PC won't boot up because of a virtual memory problem. Running WinXP.

when you boot up the below error appears
Visual c++
C:/Program Files/Netropa\OSD.exe
R6009 not enough space for environment
0xc0000017 failed to initialize
and then
OSD 0xc0000142
and then the usual "your system is low on virtual memory"

Any ideas anyone?

netropa is an internet keyboard software application
try removing it
or at least preventing it from starting up by using msconfig

Thanks. If that doesn't work, is there any other way to get rid of the virtual memory problem?
