XP use on two differnt computers

Have Gateway with XP Office trying to load same software
on Toshiba laptop. MS Web Site on activation process and
tel. support impossible to use. Any help appreciated.

Where do you get stuck? Note that you are only allowed to install an OEM
version of Office on the PC that it came with.
