xp upgrade prob

i have windows 2000 pro and im trying to upgrade to
windows xp but when i run system compatibility check, it
tells me that my NETBEUI driver is not compatible and
upgrade is not possible. What should i do? thx

You don't need to use NETBEUI with Windows XP. I highly suggest you back
up your data and clean install WinXP and not just try to install it as
an upgrade "overtop" Win2k.
