I found a program called XP Unlimited at xpunlimited.com. It allows XP Pro
to behave as a Terminal Server allowing unlimited concurrent sessions. The
company says that it is legal to do this, anyone know Microsoft's stance on
this.

I don't see that they can have ANY "stance" on this if it's a kosher piece
