XP unit rebooting itself

Have a system that is shutting down this is the message we
get.
This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority|System.
Message
Window must now restart because the remote procedure call
( RPC ) Service terminated unexpectadly.
Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Literally hundreds. Before posting, it's wise to search this group.
"RPC" and "remote" will reveal many hits. Also see http://google.com for
"blaster", which is the name of the worm that has likely infested your PC.
