I've 2 user accounts setup on a WinXP Pro system. Now, my XP Pro has exceeded
its 30days trial period & I can ONLY login to the local Administrator account
in Safe mode.

After logging in, when I tried to access the data stored in the "My
Documents" of the other 2 users, I got the "error: access denied" prompt.

Just curious, will it be possible to use the authority of "local admin" to
take ownership of the data in those %username% folders ANYWAY? & then
transfer those data to another hard disk, b4 I end my trial of WinXP?

Or use UBCD4WIN from www.ubcd4win.com. Almost sounds like you used EFS
though. Have you tried turning the clock back to access your data?
