XP theme

I know this is not Windows 2000, but I couldn't find a group for 2000. I have
2000 and I want to download the XP Energy blue or at least the XP main theme.
I have tried softpedia, but it wouldn't download. If there are more websites,
would someone send me the link? Please!!

And, BTW, there *are* Win2000 groups, many of them. Here's one:
