XP style

Upon start up of my computer, the Windows XP Style had
reverted to Windows Classic, and when attempting to revert
back to the XP style I noticed that it no longer is an
option in the Appearance Tab, in short, XP has somehow
lost my default Xp theme, any suggestions on how to
restore it?
 
Make sure that the themes service is running (control panel, administrative
tools, services, themes) make sure it's set to automatic. reboot and see if
it works
