xp style controls for MS Access 2003

Hey everyone,

I was trying my MS Access file on another computer with the same
configurations as mine, MS Access 2003 and win XP. on my forms the controls
were that nice rounded XP style controls you see in IE. Anyone know how to
achieve this?
