XP SP3 Process "unsecapp.exe" & wmiprvse.exe

Can I remove this? It's just recently showed up in my WTM under Processes.
The website "Answers that Work" say to leave it alone. This is the
description:
Sink to receive asynchronous callbacks for WMI client application running in
different processes.
Recommendation :
Leave alone - if this program is running it is because Windows Vista started
it automatically in order to support a program that is using WMI.

Problem is, I'm not running Vista. I'm using XP SP3.
wmiprvse showed up about the same time.

These are core system files in Windows XP also. Leave them alone and don't
worry about it.
