XP SP2 problems after upgrade

After upgrade the Windows Explorer and taskbar constantly freeze up for 2
minutes before continuing. DCOM errors in the System folder of event viewer
about servers not registering with DCOM in the appropriate time. Upgrade
disabled NAV 2002.

Ideas? Suggestions?

1st off try going into msconfig and disabling all startup items (might need
to go into the registry as well to get them all, remember to backup any keys
that you delete or change) and see if that fixes your boot time and DCOM
errors. It might be some softwares that freaked out because of the SP
install.
