XP SP2 -- Outlook Schizophrenia

I have Windows XP. Just upgraded to SP2. I can no longer open attachments in
Outlook Express when I'm under my profile. However, my husband, under his
profile has no problems. We checked and our Outlook security settings are
exactly the same. Even when I send test message with attachment, he can open
it under his profile, but I can't under mine.

Anybody else encountered this?

When you say the outlook security settings the same... you mean the check
box under the following is not selected?

Tools - Options - Security - "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened
that could potentially be a virus"
