xp sp2 how do i go back to the good ole days help

this update has set me back terribly, ebay wont allow me to
upload a pic with this sp2 thing in here and I cannot
talk to live help java aplets.

I need to know what to do to solve this problem ebay
says they are working on it but last time they told me that
it was sevral weeks later they solved it.

help if you can. xp pro internet explorer 6.0
