XP SP2 doesn't work on AOpen AX4SG Max m/b

Just did another test: Installed XP (no SP) on my Shuttle (FV25) and then
went direct to XP SP2 - all works perfectly.

Therefore, the problem seems to be with AOpen's AX4SG Max motherboard,
and/or BIOS and XP SP2.

It's something to do with the CPU (Prescott and EE editions) and the
i865/i875 chipsets. Disabling the L1/L2 cache in the BIOS will correct the
problem but performance then is terrible.

Disabling the L1/L2 will at least allow the PC to startup and SP2 can be
removed until the problem is fixed.
