XP SP2 BAD_POOL_HEADER

After I install XP SP2 and the computer restarts , I get
a blue screen with a "BAD_POOL_HEADER" error and the
computer shuts down and restarts after doing a memory
dump then gets the error screen again, etc. What is
wrong!?

Your not going to get much help here because sp2 is new.
What you need to do is report this to microsoft. Open
your control panel category view (if needed) select
performance and maintenance , select adminstrative tools,
select event viewer check application or system red
colored for appropiate time and double click.

Double click microsoft link . Reply yes to opened window
That will send your dump to microsoft where it belongs.
