XP SP1 randomly freeze if conn to network

Compaq D230MT, XP Pro SP1, every patches, aktuall drivers, randomly freeze on 1-3 min, after this time everything is OK. If this PC not on the network PC is OK
I test change NIC, port on switch, Novell client or MS client for Novell, change Duplex, speed - the same
??? Any idea ???
