I would be worried if it couldn’t. It’s a prety poor firewall
anyway, but blocking all LAN traffic would just be ridiculuos. It
won;t be blocking LAN traffic, it will however be blocking some
incoming requests, but it should automaticly alow file sharing and
such automaticly.
I would not rely on th XP(SP1) firewall. SP2's version is better but not by
much. Look for other "free" firewall software or consider a router, which
normally should have a NAT firewall.
