XP SP 2

Hello there,

My current OS version is XP Professional SP 1a.

I've been installing critical updates. Can I proceed with the installation
of SP2 without affecting the already installed critical updates?

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

Yes, you can. Also, don't forget to install the post SP2 updates after
installing SP2. There are several of them.

Additional note:

You can also create a slipstreamed Windows XP with SP2 integration.

Several? More like quite a lot of them. Too bad that there
isn't a rollup file, like that for post-SP4 Windows 2000.

You're correct. The are 60+ updates (critical & important) plus recommended
updates.
