XP shutdown - BSOD

Hi all,
I am experiencing a very strange problem recently. Let me give you the
history:

A few weeks ago, my computer started shutting down unexpectedly. 2 types of
BSOD messages appeared: Page Fault in Nonpaged area (0X..50) and Kernel Data
Inpage Error (0X..7A).
When rebooting, the system didn't recognise my primary (and boot) HD. After
running SeaTools, everything OK again, untill the next BSOD.

Tried reinstalling XP -> same problem
Ran MEMTEST multiple times -> no errors
Took out 1 memory bar at a time -> same error with either memory bar inserted

Last weekend, as I was sick & tired of it, I replaced: MOBO, sound card &
video card.
Since then, the problem changed slightly: I now only get a BSOD the FIRST
time I boot my machine of each day. I get a BSOD after a few minutes of being
idle and this time it's BSOD 0X000000F4 -> never saw this one before...
Again, after reboot, system won't recognise the HD -> when entering SETUP of
MOBO & forcing the system to reread the HD multiple times & restart, the
system is up and running again.
Within the same day, I never have the same problem again... Even shutdown,
restart & leaving system idle for hours doesn't trigger the BSOD.
But the next morning, same problem all over again... (this is what bothers
me the most... )

Uninstalled Norton Anti Virus & Internet Security -> same problem
Uninstalled Pinnacle TV card -> same problem

I have the following configuration:
A-bit MOBO (new) with P4
2x256 Mb memory
ATI Radeon 9200se (new)
Terratec DMX Xfire Sound Card (new)
Mentor ADSL Router MR4A

If anyone of you has an idea how to resolve this problem, I will be forever
gratefull...

Thanks in advance!
Bernard.

What happens if you leave the system running over night, then reboot the
next day, does the problem occur, or does it boot ok.
I wonder if the problem might be with the hard drive when it is booting up
from cold.
Just a thought

I am beginning to wonder if it is a power supply issue... I recently
rebuilt a computer and had a BSOD occur during windows install. After
googling the error, it became apparent that the p/s was suspect. After
replacement, it worked fine. Anyway, I am having a very similar issue,
but this comp is using a p4EE which eats power like a suburban drinks
gas. Just a thought...
