XP Shortcut Question

Just switched to XP from 98SE--need some help.

Question:

How do I make a desktop shortcut to the Control Panel? Want to open it from
the desktop.

Right Click>>Create Shortcut>>Type "Control Panel" or "control.exe"

To change the icon right click on "control.exe" choose Properties>>Shortcut
Tab>>Change Icon>>"C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll" and select the control
panel icon.
