XP share unavailable error

We have a user who has two folders shared on our LAN.
Other users can browse Network Places and see the shares.
But, when they try to open one of the shared folders, they
get the error:
\\workstationname\Clent is not accessible.
Not enough server storage is available to process the
command.
A search through the KB found some articles related to
Norton AV and ArcServe, but nothing about file sharing.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Greetings Tim,

The problem is on the machine you are attempting to connect to. It's not on
the machine you see the error message. On the computer you are connecting,
check the Event Viewer for an Event ID 2011. If so, you need to fix the
IRPStackSize that is indicated in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article. Norton Antivirus can cause this to happen.
