XP Setup Blue Screen Error 0x000000D1

Hi all, I've been trying to install XP to a brand new HD
and keep getting 0x000000D1 errors, for added fun I
occasionally get a 0x00000050 error as well. The
Knowledge base indicates this may be a Ram issue, however
I've run a number of dedicated RAM tests from floppy and
it comes up clean every time. Can anyone offer any
advice? Thanks much in advance....

Take a look at the following Stop Messages webpage and select "D1" and "50"
on the left. Follow it to the KB articles relevant to the problem and
perhaps it might help you resolve your problems.
