Exactly what are you trying to install, and where did you get it?. There is
no Windows XP Service Pack 3. SP2 is the latest.

preliminary.

Yep, I found it by googling also and the screen shots. It's not an official release though
of the Beta product. Pleased you didn't install it.
As an unreleased official version it would most likely be full of bugs and problems.
