XP service pack 3 question..

Does anyone know if a CD will be offered for the service pack3 update? I
got one when service pack2 was offered and I wonder if that will happen
again?
I have no idea how to set up a slipstreamed CD and I'm not really very good
at understanding instructions unless they are exceedingly clear and I have
screenshots of each step...
Does anyone know if there is a tutorial for setting up a slipstream CD with
screenshots for each step?

I Use AutoStreamer, it easy to use and for the most part self explanatory
