We help with the local theater group and they have recently acquired a
machine with XP Home installed. We need to restrict access to any of the
programs (maybe except the games), IE and OE to anyone other than the box
office manager. I am not XP savvy but I understand that this can be done.

Hi,

Yes it can be done, but with the Pro version that has policy editors. You
may want to try the simpler approach of MVP Doug Knox's Security Console at
www.dougknox.com, as the registered version will allow you to create the
restrictions you desire.
